What's the secret sauce to creating more positive social impact in your nonprofit?

What's the secret sauce to creating more positive social impact in your nonprofit?

I've tried to boil it down to the simplest equation.

1️⃣ Programs - Have really good programs that solve serious problems

2️⃣ Evaluation - Measure your efforts and pivot every time data tells you to

3️⃣ Storytelling - Tell inspiring stories often

4️⃣ Fundraising - Invest time in building relationships with donors

5️⃣ Admin - Operate your finances and systems with excellence

Add them up = You will inevitably grow your impact.

My experience working with various nonprofit clients is that every organization is REALLY good at 2 or 3 of these, and lacking in the other 2 or 3.

When an organization is weak in ANY of these 5 areas, progress will get stalled.

While I recognize this is almost overly simplified, I think it's important to get to the root of what matters most.

This is my first attempt to draw it out.

Give me feedback, what do you think is missing?
